Orangetheory Fitness group sessions are a great mix of cardiovascular and strength training. Sessions are led by our highly experienced personal trainers that will encourage you during challenging intervals of treadmill training, indoor rowing, TRX suspension training, and floor exercises. We like to change up the workouts daily, so no one gets bored and your body doesn't have a chance to plateau.
The Orangetheory heart rate monitored workout is a 60-minute gym session that has been designed to push you into the Orange Zone. The Orange Zone is 84% or higher of your maximum heart rate, and during your workout, you will perform multiple intervals that have been designed to produce 12-20 minutes of training in this zone. This creates excess post-exercise oxygen consumption, or EPOC—which is what burns calories following your Orange 60 session and gives you visible, lasting results.
Whether your goals are weight loss- or fitness-based, Orangetheory Fitness is the perfect environment to motivate you as you work to achieve your goals. Come in and try us out—your first session is free! Just use our website or give us a call at (678) 263-3086 to book your session with our Peachtree City, GA location today. We are located in the Peachtree East Shopping Center, right by the Publix Super Market—just look for our big Orange sign!
Backed by the science of post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), our heart-rate monitored training is designed to keep heart rates in a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy. Our clients burn an estimated 500 to 1000 calories per workout. We are 5 zone heart-rate interval training.
Working out in a group provides accountability and structure to help achieve fitness goals. You are more likely to get a great workout and better results from the well-rounded movements and pace direction you get in a group setting. The session motivates each other to pick up the pace and reach beyond plateaus. People who workout in groups stick to their goals more consistently than those that workout alone.
